v1.3.0 — "The Banana Update"
March 2026
- Added banana peels as a new environmental hazard in 12 dungeon biomes
- Warrior crit fail "Friendly Charge" now has physics-accurate collision with walls
- New leaderboard category: Fastest Time to First Crit Fail
- Fixed bug where the Mage could accidentally win on the first turn
- Improved ragdoll simulation — bodies now bounce more satisfyingly off spike walls
- Added 40 new crit fail animations
v1.2.1 — Hotfix
February 2026
- Fixed critical exploit allowing players to avoid the trap in Chamber 7 (this was not intended)
- Paladin "Divine Shield" no longer reflects spells forward. It now reflects them backwards. As intended.
- Performance improvements — dungeon loads 30% faster on low-end hardware
- Goblin AI now correctly panics when hit by a banana peel
v1.2.0 — "The Rogue's Nightmare"

- Complete rework of the Rogue's crit fail system — 18 new fail states added
- New dungeon biome: The Crystal Caves (slippery floors, echoing chambers)
- Added community-submitted crit fail animations from the Discord
- New achievement: "I Meant To Do That" — survive a crit fail that deals damage to 5 enemies
- Soundtrack expanded with 6 new tracks for boss chambers
